Bruce was great! I was pressed for time and needed my carpet cleaned within a small window of time (funeral & family coming out of town), Bruce didnt have any availability BUT he made a special appointment for me and came to my home after hours and did a great job! His prices were reasonable too. My couch and carpet looked and smelled great - and were completely dry in a few hours! Thanks Bruce, will definitely use him again!

Rude, rude, rude. Did not deliver what was "guaranteed,"; he just wanted my money. $180 to clean my couch with pet urine, and not one bit of the smell came out. He even had the audacity to start a petty argument with me during the cleaning. Who does that? At the end my couch still smelled, because all he did was spray Febreez on it. He didn't even clean the entire couch; parts were still completely dry. ( I did not realize this until after he left.) He also called my home dirty and suggested I hire him for further cleaning. I could not believe it! And guess who isn't answering my phone calls now? Don't hire him.
