Owner is very professional and accommodating. We had a deadline and the weather did not cooperate and he rescheduled another job to accommodate our deadline. Workers were timely and efficient, not great at communication, but the job was to make sure the windows, sills and screens are cleaned and they did so. A few screens seemed not cleaned very well but it was pointed out that a more abrasive type of cleaning would damage the screens, so they redid the original process and the screens looked much better. Cleanup resulted in a screen not being put back on and leaving behind a cloth in the yard.
