I really enjoyed talking to you! <br /> <br />As for the service, I am very impressed. Usually, whenever I've had my carpets cleaned, it looks beautiful for a week or two, but then the ghosts of the old stains start to appear, even if ever-so-faintly. It has now been at least a month since you removed our dog fest remnants from the Berber, and it still looks CLEAN!
