Do not hire Clausing Builders, Inc. for any project you have. Seemed professional at the initial meeting when he wanted the job, but once it started payed llittle to no attention to the project. Workers were lazy, under qualified and lacked essential communication with the general contractor (Clausing Builders). Timeline to finish was promised at 4 days, but job took over 7 days! Mid-way, I expressed my concern and unhappiness with the job, and the response from Chris (Clausing Builders) was "if you're not happy find someone else." Very unprofessional attitude. I wouldn't let Clausing Builders build me a dog house! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

We do our best to make all of our clients happy. This particular project was for a small Laundry Room expansion but we ran into several issues that caused the project to last 3 days longer than anticipated. The project was completed and the client was satisfied with the finished product. Construction projects each offer their own unique challenges - hopefully our other 15 positive reviews will speak for themselves.

Chris gets 5 stars, only because we can't give him more! He did fantastic work with our home at 1120 Cordova St in Coral Gables. He is honest and trustworthy, perfect for absentee property owners like us. Feel free and call me if you would like more info on his work.

It has been a true pleasure dealing with Clausing Builders. We had two bathrooms completely renovated and were apprehensive to embark on the project having had negative experiences with construction in the past in our home for different projects and with different contractors. Chris Clausing did everything in his power to guarantee that the project was timely and completely to our satisfaction. I only wish I had know of him a number of years ago. Chris made sure everything was perfect. I plan on utilizing his expertise in the future and I HIGHLY recommend him without reservations.

Chris and his team did an excellent job renovating my master bathroom and a partial renovation in the guest bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping us out with a problem which incurred in our kitchen on a Saturday. He is a gentleman and accomplished a dream bathroom for me. I would recommend him for any renovation project.

We received three estimates and Chris at Clausing Builders was the most efficient, honest, and did not try any pushy salesman techniques. He didn't promise anything he could not deliver and the price was very fair. Chris and his team were professional, punctual, and very personable throughout the two and a half week remodel and we are extremely pleased with the end result. I will definitely call Clausing Builders for future projects.

Clausing did a great job repairing extensive water damage to our condo which included demolition of ceilings/walls in various rooms, floor replacement in our master bedroom, spraying with a microbial, replacing the sheetrock removed, and painting. The quote was very competitive and despite he damage being more extensive than originally anticipated, Clausing stuck to the original quote. The workers did a great job, were neat and polite and defnitely left our house in much better shape than when we walked in and found the damage! Clausing will now be our contractor of choice in the Miami area. Chris Clauing is a pleasure to deal with.

This project included the total renovation of two bathrooms and this was completed in a relatively quick 5 weeks. The contractor was great and delivered on his commitments in terms of costs, timing and quality of work. Communication was open, regular and we were updated daily on progress and work to be done. We would definitely recommend Chris Clausing (we have already done so to a friend) and are planning on using them again for another project.

Chirs is an excellent contractor. He corrected all problems without question or delay. We had several minor setbacks but Chris took care of these whenever they came up. This was a very large job as far as I am concerned, complete remodel of Master Bath I am extremely pleased with my new bathroom. I have already given Chris' name to others and hope they contact him. Whenever I need any more renovations I will most certainly contact Chris for the job.
