Very responsive, explained work being done very thoroughly...even came back out before we committed to the job to explain other issues with chimneys/gutters etc.

believed in the bid process that they were honest,intelligent professionals who were going to be around. One of them is a (?) past president of the CT Roofers Assoc., it shows commitment to the industry. Their bid was and I got four was easily the most complete and specific. The job started when they said it would, the workmen were polite etc... The two owners both checked on the job during the work and checked the job after. They missed being the low bid by about 5% but I felt good enough about them to go with them. They left the job site like it was before they started, they repaired my gutters at no extra charge. Great job!
