Mack is not committed to prompt completion of work. It took 3 weeks to complete exterior painting of just a single-story 1600sf house. The starting date was delayed more than 1 week from what he indicated initially. Not much consistency either. One day I was surprised by seeing him showing up in the midst of a thunder storm and leaving once the sun came back. Another day, with ignorance to the changing weather, he did miserable job on gutters. When I pointed it out, he immediately started negotiating to get out of the job with a reduced payment. I even had to give up the deck painting, which was originally planned. I will NEVER use him again.

Mack did a great job in painting the outside of our house. We are very pleased with the finished product! I just read another review from a woman in Tigard who did not have good things to say about Mack and I find it completely impossible to believe that she and I are talking about the same person. Mack was never anything but completely respectful and kind. He is a very hard worker and pays close attention to detail. We will use him again when we have other projects that come up and we have already recommended him to friends.
