Project: Carpet - Install
After several outrageous estimates from other area vendors (higher prices for lower quality goods) i randomly stopped in to Class Carpet on my way home from Starbucks next door. i was RELIEVED to have found them. they understood what i was looking for and helped educate me on my options, based on a flexible but fairly modest budget. we were able to get blinds up very quickly, but are now taking a little more time for drapes - more so to space out the cost, which they were helpful in accounting for. i found most other vendors annoyed with my inexperience, trying to upsell me on things i didn't need and not wanting to put the effort into it. We needed wall-to-wall carpet in two bedrooms and window treatments/coverings throughout the apartment (after a little snafu with our contractor discarding the old ones entirely). not only was the carpet of a higher quality than what i had originally been looking at from another retailer, but the price was beyond fair. I have several friends moving or updating their apartments and i rave about my experience with Class Carpets and pass on Kevin & Georgia's contact information. Georgia is the in-house designer and really helped me pull the rooms together, advising on color, material, operation, etc. she was the next best thing to having my interior-designer mom here. I'll be a repeat customer when we want to freshen up our apartment in a few years.
