showed up on time with enough man power to do the job...we love our new picture window and 4 wide sliding window door wall!!!! Great view of the green on hole #4 at Pheasant Run in Canton!

These guys were polite, professional and on time. I was impressed with how each member of Steve's team went the "extra" mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They all were expert and broughtb humor and expertise to the job site. I will always refer them to my neighbors for the quality of the window and the workmanship. Especially when I was required to do the coordination from long distance due to a deployment with the military! Their timeliness and flexibility to my demanding and limited schedule made them and their company a pleasure to work with now and in the future. Hire them!

I chose this company not only because of the products offered, but also because of Jim Weaver and his customer service. He was respectful & knowledgeable, taking time to answer all my questions and concerns and never employing any high pressure sales tactics. There were no surprises before or during installation and the price quoted was the final price paid. Steve McKelvey and his entire installation crew were wonderful to work with, completing the work as promised and always taking the client into account. Overall, this was one of the best improvement projects we have made and I recommend this company without reservation.

I was so tired of my old aluminum windows having so much ice build up on the inside of my house I decided to have replacement vinyl windows and doorwall installed. I called two neighbors who had North Star windows installed by Clarkston Windows last year, the company they chose after reading comments and reviews on the Service Magic website. I liked what I saw so I had North Star triple pane windows and doorwall installed by Clarkston Windows on Friday, January 28th. I was curious to see if there would be any ice build up or condensation after the big storm hit us last night. I was so happy to see that there was none. I love the North Star windows and doorwall; the comfort level now in my home has more than doubled with their installation, and they are beautiful to and so easy to clean!!! Clarkston Windows exceeded my expectations in their sales and installation department. The crew was efficient and clean and I really would never know that they were in my house because they left nothing for me to clean up!! Steve, Allan and Gene were so pleasant the entire time they were here and I told them I felt I made three new friends that day. I am so pleased that I made the decision to choose Clarkston for the purchase and installation of my windows and doorwall. Five Stars for North Star Windows and Five Stars for Clarkston as well.

The service was wonderful! Jim returned my calls promptly and was informative without being pushy. The installers were exceptional. They were courteous to me, considerate of my home, efficient and thorough. They seemed to go the extra mile in making sure the job was completed professionally and to my satisfaction. The windows are easy to use and high quality. I highly recommend this company.
