A little rough start because he did not get right back to me. I had to call him but I am glad I did. I believe there was crossed wires at this site and he did not receive my request. Josh was knowledgeable, on time and did quality work for us.The pool looks great. We've always done our own pool cleaning but we are considering him for regular pool service.

I have had Clarity Pool service for 1 year and have decided to make a change. They were servicing a small pool at a rental property I own. The pools has remained relatively clean, but there has been little to know communication from Clarity. In Jan 2012, I asked for a quick email update as they did their weekly service. They did it one time. My renter called and told me the pool vacuum stopped working. The person servicing the pool did not contact me and still has not. I had to go out and do the repairs myself. In the process, I found a chlorine 3" tab in the skimmer basket. It is a salt water pool... I have terminated their service

Josh arranged an estimate and set up my first service call in an amazingly short time. He was willing to work out the best plan to meet my needs, being flexible and making good suggestions. During my first service visit, the serviceman answered a lot of questions and gave me tips for keeping my pool in good condiition. My pool has never been this clean in 15 years--It's actually beautiful.
