Came on a Sunday! Recommended a less expensive fix to my problem. Ordered the window and installed it at my convenience (on a Sunday!). Price reasonable, pleasant to work with, what else can one ask?

Said window would be in in about 2-3 wks. I called the company after 3 wks, left a message, they got back to me several days later. said they would call to set up an install date & time. they called & set up install date. but called & canceled because they were running behind schedule.The overall process took longer than I thought it would (for one window), my only disappointment so far. They came out the next day & installed the window.I may consider an estimate from this company for replacing my bathroom window. The new window looks nice & it is an improvement over the old window in maintance & function.

Joe installed two windows for me, he gave me a reasonable price, and came and installed them the minute the windows arrived. He worked very carefully and adapted the windows to the oddities of my house. I will definitely use him again the next time I need new windows!
