They were patient after it was determined I needed a S- Vedio cable from Radio Shack. Once the installation was completed, they left. I then had to call them back, to install  the tv speakers. I guess they  thought the TV came w/o speakers or didn't see the speakers in the box. <br /> <br />For the most part they connected everything except bose speaker amp. It was just plugged into the wall outlet. I did have to ask them to connect the DVD player. Overall, it was a good experience. Rating: Provided By: Bill T.
