A crew came in, each took a room and finished a lot in 4 hours. Their rates were reasonable. I will hire them again when I get the clutter more manageable with the organizer.

the crew has left items in our home on several occassions (rags, dish washing liquid, a sponge, a spray bottle of cleaning fluid). It gives us the impression they are rushing through the house and sometimes minor things have gotten missed. Overall the cleaning is still good.

We do our best, and yes that has happened before to one of our regular clients but we learned from that and we move forward and are on point and ready to go!

They were absolutely wonderful--they did a move out cleaning for me, and the place was sparkling and pristine. My landlords were very happy. City Lights was on time, and also got the job done within the time frame quoted in the estimate. They also come out to your property beforehand. One thing that is great about them is that they also do carpet and floor cleaning as well, and that way its a fantastic one-shot deal. You don't have to worry about the extra headache of hiring another firm in addition to the house cleaning to do the carpets, and that way you not only save time, but money! Their rates are excellent and very economical.

Jim and his crew did a great job. We wanted the apartment cleaned for our new baby. They cleaned from floor to ceiling. It looks great.
