The technician was very thorough and explained the process very well.  There was a problem after the work was done.  There was left over sealer residue on my tile which left a "streaked" look.  I called the office and the crew was sent back over to correct the issue promptly and they even placed a glossy topical sealer on my tile which made it look even better for no charge.  Overall I am satisfied with the level of attention to my project.

Recently had carpets cleaned by City carpet cleaning.  Anthony booked my appt., explained the products (organic) used by his company and made sure I was apprised of the cost. <br />His crew arrived on time, was very professional and thorough. <br />I would do business with them any time. <br /> <br /> <br />

My only negative comment would be that the time length for drying given was greatly mis-calculated.  We were told we could walk on it after they left and it would be fully dry about 6 hours later.  It was still very wet when they left and it took almost a day and a half for it to fully dry.  However, they did SUCH a great job cleaning the carpets that I would definetly ask them back when we need it again.
