He was able to come on Saturday and finish the job (small bee hive in the wall of the house) on the same day. No problem since then. However, I gave it a 4/5 since his "special offer" coupon is somewhat miss leading. You only get a discount if you become his regular service customer. I felf uncomfortable, but needed the job to get done asap so hired him. I hope Service Magic would take care of these miss leading advertisement from the beginning.

Citadel's Mr. Errol Fisher has been great in terms of professionalism, being timely and efficient. The 3-season service program is excellent, cost-effective and an easy choice to make. Mr. Fisher's inspection and work in and around my house was great. I have had a variety of insects and I called mainly due to an invasion of carpenter ants. Few weeks after the first treatment, when a couple more ants turned up, Mr Fisher came immediately and treated the area again. I'm very glad to know that any future concerns will always be taken care of and highly recommend Citadel.

Very efficient so far. We opted for the annual plan and he is on call as we need and this works for us at this time. Retract that ealier rating: We had swarms of ants in the side entry. We called to leave a message this past Friday, no call back. So we followed up with a call today and we are told, "fully booked... earliest we can come out is Thursday 5-6 pm". No courtesy to say, even if it may not be so, sorry to not return call. With this rather cold respond, having second thoughts, but we have paid for the year, so stay tune.

He came when he said he would come, he did what he was supposed to do, its been only a week things seem better but it will take a month to really know but so far so good
