A/C broke on one of the hottest days this year. Tom came out 1st thing in the morning to repair. He is very polite and professional. Customer service is exceptional. After the job was completed, he checked up the next day to make sure everything was still good. Really appreciated his attention to detail, the way he explained what was needed and answered all my questions. If I ever have any future problems, I will definitely call Circle C and request Tom.

Anual service call, seemed very knowledgable. Answered a lot of basic questions that I had. Cleaned the condensor units thoroughly and we noticed an instant temperature drop in the house.

At the end of the hottest days of the year my A/C broke down. That day was hot, but the next day was forecasted to get even hotter. So, that night I used Service Magic to look for some good A/C repair people and these guys (and a couple others) were ranked very well. So, using the Service Magic site I let them all know that I wanted A/C service 1st thing the next day. Circle C called first thing in the morning ~7am (I think) and said he would be by later in the morning. He already had another customer scheduled and he would come by after he finished there. He thought that would be ~10am, but he was here before 9am. A very kind and polite guy

I would highly recommend Circle C Solutions to anyone that needs any work done. Not only did they get someone out within 30 minutes to fix my air conditioner, he got it fixed and cleaned up in a very timely manner. Tom was very thorough when describing what the issue was, very accurate with pricing ( I actually wound up paying less than what he origionally priced it as and over $400 less than the bid I got before him ) and he even did a double check of the entire outside and inside unit before leaving. My overall exeperience with this company was WONDERFUL. I will contact Circle C Solutions for any problems that I have in the future.

Woke up on one of the hottest days of the summer to find the A/C not working. After looking up some consumer reports I decided on Circle C and they were at my house an hour later and I was up and running in another 30 minutes at a great price!
