Eric did a great job following up after the initial installation by his foreman did not go as planned. He put everything right within the week and so far (one rain) the drain he installed in front of the house seems to be keeping the water out of our basement. They put the pipe under our flower bed without disturbing the plantings and replaced two bushes they did need to remove.

These men worked steadily for over 4 hours, and did everything asked of them. Bob came a few days earlier to plan their activities, and all were accomplished beautifully. I was so pleased, I gave a bonus to all three of Bob's workers. Bob also worked. I am very pleased with the project, and will contact Bob in the springtime when the area requires more attention.
