They are paid by the hour and the hour starts from when they leave shelbyville.....wish they were closer paid for two hours drivimg time. Great people. Serviceman was respectful and helpful.....just labor costs kill me.

They did not explain that I will be charged for time they have to go buy parts . I expected plumbers to have all the parts. I am supposed to hire a plumber and not a handy man. The work is satisfactory.

BASE PRICE QUOTED TO ME WAS $ 170 FOR 1000 GALLONS AND $ 20 FOR EVERY 100 GALLONS AFTERWARD. AFTER JOB DONE.CHARGED ME $ 190 BASE PRICE AND $ 50 FOR 200 GALLONS OVER. BASED ON WHAT WAS QUOTED TO ME PRIOR, I THOUGHT I WOULD BE PAYING A TOTAL OF $ 210 NOT $ 240.

I called after having A problem with another Company not showing up three times. Christian Electric came out checked my boiler system and radiators. I am very happy with the service and will call them again.
