Project: Build an Addition
Kenny added a room on the end of our house. He did an excellent job not only with the construction, but keeping us up to date on what was going on. The project was completed in a timely fashion and on budget. He pays attention to the little details, not only did he put back the parts he had to undo to build, he fixed them up as he went along. He uses quality sub-contractors.

Took the time and listened to what the owner wanted. I also went the extra mile to suggest doing some of the items himself to save thousands on the job as well as explaining how to go about getting it done in a safe and orderly fashion.

Project: Repair Damage from Dry-rot, Water or Pests
Very efficient, nice job of repairing water damage to ceiling. Could have been smoother, as I had to go back and sand it myself before painting, but otherwise quality job and good price.

Metal on gable of home had blown off during a recent storm as well as some siding on the roof areas. Bent some more metal and attached and then was on my way.

Cut a window in the gable and finished room inside, trimmed it out , reworked siding as not to use any new so the cost was kept to a minimal.

They took out an old Bay window and installed exterior double doors. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

showed up on time and explained options clearly. when given go-ahead, showed up and perform work very neatly and in a timely manner. very satisified.

Richard was a great customer to work for. His gutter had come down from recent bad weather in the Richmond area. He needed the crown moulding behind the gutter replaced and the gutter reattached thru the moulding and fascia.
