Chrisman implemented quick and courteous return of phone calls.  The quality of completed work was good and met my expectations.  Most renovation/remodel projects result in some unexpected discoveries and issues which require a Change Order.  Because Chrisman’s preparation and planning was very good; I did not encounter many unexpected issues that affected my bottom line.   <br /> <br />Chrisman had problems with his staff and the project clean up process.  One of his staff members did not show up to the job site for several weeks.  This no-show resulted in the omission of tile work and the completion date.   <br /> <br />Chrisman is implementing the clean up and I feel confident he will address and fix all issues that are related to this job and to his team. <br />  See All Ratings
