He answered all our questions and  discussed our concerns, and offered us a repairs plan that worked best for us.   During the whole process, they were very polite and responsive, returning calls and emails within a very short time frame. Also as  it took several days to complete all repairs, at the end of every day, they  emailed an update daily what had been done for that day, and what was left to work on. That same day he went out to purchase a cover for our window in case it rained. As soon as the window came in, we set up an appointment to install the window.
