My customers satisfaction and quality of work is extremely important to me. I win many of my customers by the appearance of my work and this steel roof would definiteley be one i would use to show off to any potential customers in that area. I was 3 feet short on a piece of trim and had to order it. it takes 3 to 5 days for the trim to come in. I have many colors in stock but not slate blue. I told the tenant I would notify her as soon as it came in so that I could make an appointment to install it. She did call me but i thought it was to schedule extra work the owner had asked me to do.

I found Chris to be very helpfull and understanding, explaining each step of the project and suggesting ideas for problems we thought might happen. It was great to work with a pro as is Chris Scesny, so much so that I am going to work with him again on a add-on project. I highly recomend him and wasted no time handing out his business cards or telling people he is a real pro.

He offers references & was happy to show me other roofs that he's done in the past. What really put him above and beyond the others is that he's a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating. He was a pleasure to work with, always pleasant, and very patient with me too. I had a lot of questions since I didn't want to jump into this huge project blindly & he was always able to answer everything. His work is top notch and I'm happy with my new roof! I highly recommend this company!

Chris Scesny Construction has done a fine job and I would recomend him. They started and finished as scheduled, cleaned up, and the cost was reasonable with no suprises.

I have trouble with my roof. A piece from the top of the roof came off 2 weeks ago and Chris hasn't been back to fix it yet. Also, I found a leak in the roof. I have called him 3 times about this problem and he has said that he would be over to fix it the next day. He does good work, but following up with his customers is one of his biggest weaknesses. Would I recommend him? At this time I am getting discouraged with him.

This customer has exaggerated the ridge cap never came off the roof it was missing one screw on one corner and only vibrated in the wind the roof was always waterproof and there was never any damaged that occurred there roof is in show case condition and I have sold other roofs by the appearance of this roof I do not usually miss anything on the function and quality of my work and I always come ba

Returned my call promptly and setup a day to visit and provide estimate for shingle roof job. His pricing was reasonable based on several other contractors estimates I'd collected. Finished the job as scheduled in less than 2 days with professional quality work, cleaned up the area, and disposed of all waste. His team of 6 skilled workers are hard working and extremyl organized. They all work in a synchornized manner to divide tasks and finish the job ontime. Now we don't have a leaky roof any more...,,,,, Great Job Chris and thanks for being so prfessional. I plan to hire Chris again for other renovation jobs around my house.
