Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
Requested a quote to pressure wash and paint the deck. Evidently he gave me a quote for pressure washing and painting separately (but did not inform me until after the job was done). Ended up charging $600 to do both. Came out and spray painted the deck in 2 hours (instead of actually painting it). I had to go back and paint the top part of the deck myself to get rid of the spots caused by the spray painting. The entire project took 3 hours (1 hour to pressure wash and 2 hours to spray paint). At $600 that was $200 per hour. Would not recommend.
