On time, delivered everything as promised. Jason came over to replace a blind, matched it to the others exactly, installed in a week after ordering, and he even fixed one of my other blinds for free. Totally professional and courteous, would definitely be doing business with him in the future.

Jason Chio is responsible,courteous, easy to work with. The shade was repaired in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable amount of money. I was very pleased with his work and he is the ONLY person to take on the job of fixing my shade. I called nearly 15 people and he came through! He saved me a lot of money and I am very grateful for the recommendation. I really thought I would have to buy a new shade but he got the job done! Thank you!

I had a situation that was an inconvenience to tenants of a rental property. Jason saved the day by responding quickly and doing a professional job. He treated me more like a family member than a distressed customer ! My tenants also praised his degree of caring and the fact that his workmanship and quality was most refreshing in today's seemingly non-customer service way of doing business.
