No comment. 3 star review. My records indicate no service was provided in January. I have never met Mark and he is disappointed in my service. If he had net me and service had been provided this rating would be different.

Randalll and Joseph work as a team doing inside an outside to make things sparkle. Did everything on our inspectors schedule for home sale and the price was right! Happy to get no hassle service when you are in your 80's. Highly reccomend!

Very timely making the appointment. He was very clean and thorough, explaining what to look for and how to avoid problems with the chimney and fireplace.

Only person I would hire if I need any wood stove work! He loves what he does! Even called me to ask how the stove was working. A true professional!

He did a great job-very communicative, discussed what needed to be done. We were very pleased with his work.

Correctly identified the issue with the gas fireplace and cleaned debris without dirtying the home/floor. Taught me how to do it myself. Was a bit late for the appointment.

Most often I arrive early for my appointments. Occasionally when more service is required in the morning I may be a bit late for later schedules. Most customers understand that when I get there their problems will be resolved that day. It doesn't happen often but I take the time with every customer to make things right.
