Very pleased with the technician. He arrived at the agreed upon time, explained what was being done and gave suggestions for properly preparing fires -- woods not to uise, etc. He also had suggestions for updating the firestarter, draft release but wasn't being pushy -- said to just think it over and let them know if we decided to proceed.

Very professional--only problem was that the ashes were left in my garbage can without being in a bag, which kind of makes a mess. They explained their estimate for repairs very well.

Spoke with one of the owners the other day requesting my removal because he felt it was not fair but I disagreed in some areas so this is and edited review. My Experience... Waited a week for someone to call me back after they told me someone will be out today. Today never came. I had to call again 1 week after and someone came out next day. Follow Up Call by Chimney Masters... They explained that they did make some needed changes within the last week of this review post and there customer service department will improve. I hope so for the future of their business and the customers they could potentially serve. Anthony, Project Mgr

The experts were personable and knowledgeable and very patient. That provided an in-depth explanation to the inner workings of the chimney liner. They arrived promptly at 9:am and were done by 5pm. I would recommend them to my neighbors and will seek them out for any of my future work related to my chimney.
