They arrived when they said they would, did the work, didn't add any additional charges, and were very pleasant and professional. They also gave me some good tips about how to use my fireplace most effectively and safely. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reasonable, pleasant, reliable service.

Mr. Joliet was courteous, neat, and informative, and did was personable to boot. He serviced the fireplace while navigating numerous children's toys and furniture but I don't think a single item in my household was touched by fireplace soot or dirt. Also, he took the time to explain to me good fireplace maintenance and the basic need-to-know physics of how fireplaces work. I would definitely recommend this service.

Very pleasant to deal with over the phone. Greg was able to fit my appointment in the same week. As a first time fireplace owner, he was great. Showed us how to set up the fire and provided great recommendations for safe fireplace use and maintenance, which we needed and appreciated.

The man was very nice and informative - but I was charged $125 for him to tell me my chimney didn't need to be cleaned. Seems like highway robbery. I'm sure they'd do a good job if you are certain your chimney is really dirty - otherwise its simply an expensive chat.

The service was prompt, professional, and fairly priced. Chimney Cricket was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection and cleaning, offering advice for future projects and answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend.
