Chimney Cricket, Inc. was here on time as promised. Serviceman was knowledgable about the direct-vent fireplace. Work was done without trying to sell extra unnessary services. Work area was left clean. Will call them for any future services needed for the fireplace.

My new fireplace is heating up my family room until it is toasty warm. I am very pleased with the service, workmanship and guidance provided by Chimney Cricket. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I think the overall cost of chimney cleaning is a little outrageous, but this company is at least reasonable and their people are so customer focused. They were able to get the appointment scheduled quickly and took payment over the phone when I forgot to leave a check at home. I will definitely use them on a regular basis.
