They were the fastest to respond and set a quick appointment date. Service man kept us abreast of his schedule and arrived early! He cleaned the chimney, fixed a problem with smoke backup and told what we might need later - which was accurate.

This company needs a management overhaul! The woman on the phone was not helpful even after they were an hour late showing up to my home. His inspection involved looking up the flew and taking a brush to the logs for $176. We will absolutely not hire this company ever again. There are plenty of other companies out there who offer customer service at a FAIR rate.

Friendly customer service, came out on a short notice to clean Chimney/fireplace. Made a follow up visit (No charge) to do a safety test as we didnt have the key and the service crew didnt have it either. The rates were a bit higher then some of the competitors. But they were not the most expensive.

Debris from gutters thrown onto cement and into flower beds, and left there. Contract stated "Water flow test" on all downspouts - not done, downspouts still running slow

On the day of our appointment, James called to let me know he would be there before noon. He came and completed the gutter cleaning by using his ladder to get on the roof of our two-story. He removed the clog that was the reason for our call.
