I missed an appt.and they gladly rescheduled. A+ for that! But asked them to inspect my chimney for safety and also let me know if wood-burning stove installation is up to code. All I got was a piece of paper with a bunch of check marks on it. I am assuming my chimney and stove are safe, at this point.

he made a low bid to beat my other bids but kept adding things when he got here which ran my bill up. did not want me to call any of his references

I'm sorry for your trouble. Any work priced at job needed an approval for us to complete. We perform a 21 point safety inspection at the time of cleaning if issues are found with fireplaces. We must make you aware of this findings. I can offer you a cleaning next year at half off regular price.
