The plumber, Mr. Fredrichs did an excellent and neat job installing my water filter. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to others.

Dennis called me within minutes of my service request submission to Servicemagic. After I explained the problem, he walked me through some troubleshooting tips over the phone and said if his tips didn't work to call him back. His tips worked which saved me the cost of a service call. I really appreciate his help and honesty. Dennis was honest enough to recommend that I keep my existing water softener & iron filter. I can tell you that he was knowlegable, friendly & HONEST! When I am ready for new equipment, I will call him back.
