Project: Remove Snow from Walks, Drives and Roofs
He was a day-and-half late, more than doubled his fees and did not complete all he said he would do (i.e., remove snow to alley). Who knew snow removal was about just one flake?

It was tough getting everywhere during the blizzard...however I'm confused because I walked the whole job with you....I wish you would have mentioned something while we were still there....we always aim to please our customers.
