He called and asked about the leak that I had inquired about on service magic.  He said he would come out the same day and take a look at what was going on.  He showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable.  We went over my options and after some discussion came to a decision.  He said he would return the next day to complete the job.  He took pictures of the work he did and emailed them to me to showcase the work that was being done and the damage he had uncovered.  This was very helpful becuase I was at work and coudln't see what was wrong with my house.  By him doing that I knew exactly what was wrong.  Great job!
