Chevy Chase Remodeling responded quickly to my requests for an estimate and my requirement to complete the work within a 2 week time frame. They did a great job on the work, provided clear and concise statement of work and responded to all questions during the process. I highly recommend Chevy Chase.

Our new bathroom and upgraded kitchen from Chevy Chase Remodeling look really nice. However, I had serious problems with the painting subcontractor. We had wallpaper in both the kitchen and bathroom that needed to be stripped. Instead of walling off the two rooms with plastic, they left the openings uncovered and blasted dust throughout the house that we were still cleaning up a month afterward. The crew threw the items they removed (a sink, pipes, all kinds of debris, screws, etc.) piled up in the driveway so that neighbors were knocking on my door complaining about items that blew onto their property. This was a serious issue.

As you can see my reviews are solid and my overall rating is 4.8 out of 5 stars. Some clients simply feel like a complete demo of there home will result in no debris or dust. You did not here that the granite tops and the kitchen cabinets were beautiful, you did not hear that the price was great, nor did you hear that we offered to clean the entire home from top to bottom after the dust episode. If you are having construction done expect dust, I will do a better job to minimize in the future. I just want all of you to understand that this job was done for a great price, in a timely manner, and was gorgeuos upon completion. I Try to please.

Satisfied with the work. They installed cabinets, a sink, sink plumbing, and over-the-range microwave. They had to come back 3 times for leaks under the sink, but the 3rd time was the charm. A resonable response time during that period would have been appreciated. Mr. DePollar needs to understand that when you own a business your CUSTOMER should come first.

Chevy Chase Remodeling (CCR) did a fantastic job installing natural hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms of my new house. The installers were so efficient. They take pride in doing professional job. I wanted the hardwood floors installed ASAP. Mr. DePollar, the owner of CCR made it happened. The contract for the floors was made on Wednesday and the floor installers were at my home on Saturday at 9:30am ready to work. It took them approximately 7 hours to do the entire job. The high gloss wood floors gives my home a very elegant look. I love them. II am glad that I made the right decision to go with Chevy Chase Remodeling.

Steven provided a very competitive estimate to remodel our bathroom, and suggested several great ideas not only to design the room but to reduce costs. His team worked very quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of my family and home, and kept the entire area immaculate. The job was done in 5 days with almost no disruption to my family and the finished bathroom is beautiful. We will be using Chevy Chase again in the future, and recommending them to our friends.

Steve's guys were quick and efficient with my drywall project at a reasonable price. My basement remodel was anything but a straight forward drywall job, with lots of odd angles and difficult cuts, but Steve managed to tackle all the obstacles with ease. I would recommend Chevy Chase Remodeling to anyone.
