I had flooring installed. The work was done in the time estimated. Great work! the floor looks beautiful. The guys worked hard and didn't waste time. Friendly guys. The owner actually took the time to explain how things were done when I asked without me feeling like I was a bother. I will definitely be using this company again. I am already making plans for the next project.

Chesapeake Construction, Inc did an awesome job on my floors - I love them. I have requested they do other work in my house because they are very good and very helpful, they answered all of my questions and made helpful recommendations. They are very professional and clean up everything. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

A true professional! Work was started & completed as stated in the contract. Bill was easy to work with and his crew did a beautiful job on our porch. I would recommend his company to anyone who wants a great job, timely work, and a good price. I am already looking at him for more work we want done. Thanks Bill for a job truly well done!

Bill is a great guy to work with and he tries hard to please his customers. Being a one man business he is forced into multi-tasking and at times rushing through a job. If one has routine wall tile installation Bill can do a fine job, however if the pattern is more intricate bill may not be meticulous enough for the challenge. Minimizing collateral damage and cleaning up the work area could use some further improvement (nails on the driveway are a no no!).

It was a pleasure working with Chesapeake Construction. Bill worked with me to work out a price that would fit within my budget. They did an excellent job in installing my hardwood floors and stair treads. I have hired them for additional work.
