Lyle and his crew were extremely neat and efficient in building a brand new deck for our 13 year old hous. They removed the old materials in one day, poured footers the next day, started the structure in the same week. Everyday, the crew made significant progress, and cleaned up the site so that our dogs would not find debris to eat! The quality of the materials and workmanshipt was outstanding - exceeding our expectations. The price was very competitive for a product that will last more than 20 years. All boards were screwed and the stair treads are double thick. We are extremely pleased with the whole job, and highly recommend Lyle.

*Update: Received an email from this contractor and he said he sent me an email back with the information he could find for our potential additions but I never received it so now that I have spoken to him I will change the start rating. Simple mistake, probably went to the junk folder but like I said below, he was very friendly and professional. :) Didn't give me the option but never hired this pro. Was friendly and professional but never got back to me with an estimate.

My husband and I were very pleased with Cherrytree Construction. The owner came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and once he was hired he did everything within the time frame that he initially stated. He and his crew built a beautiful deck. We are so pleased with our deck and have had many compliments on how nice it is.

Came in as a Pro and thankfully has corrected our foundation and has garanteed the foundation repair for the life of the room. With that promise I don't expect to have any problems. Only time will tell. Completely satisfied. Would recommend Lyle to anyone!

They were very lenient to work with us around our schedule, as we have a baby. Sometimes he was hard to get ahold of. The work was done fast and we didn't realize why until just recently when we tried to buy doors to install. We had requested 32" doors but the openings are random sizes and now we have to buy smaller doors to fit the frames. There are a few chips in the wall around switches. When they painted, they did not cover the openings where the ceiling was going to be, so the stuff in other rooms is covered in red paint dust, our door is also covered in paint (never cleaned off), along with the outside trim being red now.

It is unfortunate that the homeowner had to stop this project for financial reasons before it was completed. Some work was left undone when the project was stopped. The difference between rough openings and finished openings can be confusing, but I can help with this if I could just have a chance. If we left anything undone, we would certainly like fix it, clean it, or do what ever it takes for no extra charge to make it right. Cherrytree Construction stands behind our service guarantee but we have to have the change to prove it. I'm not sure why the homeowner is leaving such negative feedback, yet refusing to allow us to make them happy.

Lyle did a great job on my kitchen and powder room. He was actually recommended for my master bath, but we haven't done it yet. Lyle was very punctual, and a hard worker. He did the job all at once, without having to leave to do other jobs at the same time. I would definitely recommend Cherrytree Construction, and plan to have him do our Master Bath.
