I just came home to a house that was immaculate and orderly.  I loved the way Ms. Ratliff tended to the detailed things like organizing my dresser top, lining up shoes that were all over the floor.  Sinks, floors and toilets are spotless.  I am so happy with these results.  I will be referring her to my next door neighbor who needs the same type of service and anyone else who is looking for help in cleaning their homes.  Ms. Ratliff has a great personality and exhibits professionalism in the way she takes care of business.  It's folk like Ms. Ratliff that will make this site trustworthy and one that I will recommend.

She is excellent! First of all, she called us pretty quickly and agreed to come at the end of February. When the scheduled date approaching, she emailed me to confirm the date and time. She came on time and performed wonderful work for us. Very friendly and at the same time courteous, humble. She made sure if anything I noticed several times. I am 100% happy with her and I recommend to anyone especially who are tired with people who do not call back at all (or within a reasonable time frame) or are not punctual.
