I called them and that same day they came and cleaned my carpet. Very prompt, good service and good job......left my carpet very clean and were done less than an hour. Gentlemen were very polite. They had a special going, good price... I would use them again.

This company is FANTASTIC!! They replied to my Service Magic request within minutes. They had a really good problem solving discussion with me to understand the scope of how flooding had affected my carpet and they explained the options I had. The service was provided the next morning by a very professional and knowlegable person. The thing I liked most about the service is that he conducted really good dicsussions about options and approaches to help me feel comfortable about the decision I made. ChemX respected me as a homeowner and as a result, will have me as a lifelong customer!!!! FANTASTIC JOB from begining to end!!!!!
