They missed their original appointment. When I called them, they had no record of it. They came 3 hours later and discounted the price $30. They did a good job. But if you hire them and schedule an appointment, you'd better call several days in advance to insure that they have you on their schedule.

Justin was very professional and did very fine job for us. The carpeting was clean and fresh smelling when he finished and he also applied a dirt and stain resistor before leaving. We plan to use this service again when needed.

I paid for bad results. The serviceman tried to slip past me the fact that he did not vacuum prior to supposed cleaning. I caught him but paid full price. I will not use them again nor recommend.
