My experience was all good. They did everything as promised and were on time, responsive and very professional.. The bathroom looks great and I hope to have Chelsea do some additional work for me. I have already told friends about the company and would be delighted if there is new business for Chelsea as a result.

He arrived neat and professional looking. He carries a showroom of tile samples with him so choosing tile and design is done immediately. A one stop shop. We liked that. He was prompt at all meeting and did his best to accomodate our schedule. The experience has been very good.

Brandon is very pleasant, he had some subs, they were very nice too. Everything was cleaned up. I have no complaints at all. Thank you

The workers left my house a mess, drips of grout throughout the house, stains on carpet, handprints on wall, grout still on drive way, unable to remove. The job was not complete as they did not check the amount of grout available and failed to install an transistion hardware. Nor did they seal the tile.

Owner stated that all material was on site that was needed for job. Upon finding that grout on site was not enough. Communication with owner was immediate. No one in this area carried that type of grout. Owner had to purchase from Cincinatti OH. Told us that she would finish grouting so trip charges were not incurred. We left home in immaculate condition. We worked in Foyer only.

Great job. Got started right away and completed job in just a few days. Very Pleased with workmanship.
