Experienced, professional home inspector and mold investigations/testing/analysis
Covering all of Mohave County, AZ; including: Bullhead City, Mohave Valley, Fort Mohave, Kingman, Golden Valley, Golden Shores, Lake Havasu City. The AmeriSpec Inspection Services is a provides home inspections. We offer inspections of more than 400 items including the foundation, roof, and structural components, plus visible electrical, plumbing and mechanical operating systems of the property. Our highly-trained and certified inspectors have examined more homes than any other home inspection company in North America. Arizona state licensed Home Inspector as well as a state licensed termite inspector. Our nationally certified residential microbial/mold inspectors are setting the standards for the home inspection industry. We use an EPA Certified Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) consultant to review the lab results and write the detailed analysis, findings and recommendations for clean-up (remediation).
