Overall, the service I received from Chief Choice, Inc & Richard  in particular was exceptional, meeting or exceeding my every expectation. <br /> <br />After speaking with Richard on the phone & providing information concerning the make & model of my 1950's vintage furnace, Richard arrived within 35 minutes. Since I know virtually nothing about furnaces, I had many questions concerning the proper care & maintenance of our furnace, which he answered in language I could easily understand. <br /> <br />He not only fixed our furnace, while I watched but gave it a complete checkup, including a safety check.
