Herman is a great professional. He brings his experience as an engineer to the inspection. He gave me a really affordable deal and was very patient throughout the process. He answered every question and was really eager to make sure I understood all aspects of the inspection. I greatly commend him for a remarkable job well done and I plan to use him again whenever I do another home inspection. His attention to detail is phenomenal and I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, I recommended him to the seller who was there at the time of the inspection because I was impressed with Herman. Way to go!

I was impressed by all the positive comments when I decided to hire Herman. I was even more impressed today during our home inspection. Our real-estate agent couldn't stay for the full inspection and asked us to rush the indoor inspection so he could lock up. Herman took care of that problem because he is a liscenced member of the njmls. So he doesn't need a real-estate agent to open the doors or lock up. Herman was very thorough and explained every inch of the home. He helped us prioritize what was a need-to-fix and what could wait. Being a first time home buyer he really helped educate us about our future home.

All I have to say is that I am amazed at all the work Herman has done for my inspection. Not only was he very detail in checking every inch and corner of the house but he has also offer to come back a second time with no charge due to not having all the utilities running at the time of inspection. His report was very detail with pictures of the defected area that needed to be repair. With this great inspection I will be saving a lot of money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspection.

The day the inspection was scheduled was supposed to be a snow day. Herman took the initiative to inspect the exterior of the property the day before in order to have the full report available in a timely fashion. The day of the inspection, Herman was very thorough and informative. I would absolutely recommend him for anyone looking for a professional and reputable inspector.
