Project: Haul Waste, Junk, Debris and Building Materials to the Dump
I spoke with this provider and he was to call me the following morning to let me know what time he would be there that day to pick up my mattress. Never received a call. Since we'd had some snow I figured he could make more money with removal. He never bothered to call me back. I called him again several days later. He said he'd arrive in 15 minutes and he did. His service was good when he finally showed up and he was friendly. It would have been nice if he'd called to say he wasn't coming the first time he said he would and it would have been nice if he had called to re-schedule. Once he did show up he did a good job.

It was a bit pricey for me considering it was something that was being thrown out but I needed it done fast and it was done the same day to which I am grateful for.

3 out of 11 sprinkler heads replaced were broken and leaking; caused major flooding in my basement and they would not come back to repair or even look at tha problem

I heard from Mr. Chavez quickly, the day after contacting ServiceMagic... he was very courteous. There is a slight language barrier but he saw my huge, wild yard and knew exactly what was needed. His charge was very reasonable too, compared to other companies. And his 3 employees worked really hard all day long. Our yard looks great now!

.I worked hand and hand with these people they did not know how to leave the sprinkling system so it was functional I had to spend the whole next day finishing it

He did fix my sprinkling system. However, every place his team dug up the lawn, it was haphazardly put back down. In some places it will grow back nicely and other places it is going to die. The other major factor was his parts costs. He charged over $350 in parts which could, arguably,. be enough to put in half of my sprinkler system and he only worked on 10 or so heads, besides fixiing a pipe leak. I would not recommend him or ever use him again - shoddy work and unfair material costs (maybe two to three times more than should be). He even said " I gave you a break on your costs"
