He responded immediately, gave me a bid and I hired him. He never showed to mow and so I called him thinking he didn't realize I hired him (?). He came over mowed once and never came back or called.

Never returned my phone call. When I did speak with them, they did not show up on the day they confirmed and did not call to reschedule. When they finally did come to my home to do the lawn service, I had arranged for service every 2 weeks on a specific day of the week and they still haven't showed up. Very unreliable to keep my business. Quality of work and price are acceptable!
