Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Chase Construction did an very good job in removing ceramic tile and replacing with supplied marble tile in the bathroom. Their price was within reason for the quality of work that they do. Leo kept the area clean and his work was appreciated.

My wife is happy with the work completed. It was a great experience; easy, quick and the results were great. Our project was completed way ahead of schedule and everyone that worked on it was pleasant and hard working.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
I had a great experience from start to finish. This was a powder room replacing two closets in a very small first floor space. There was a lot of care and interaction in the design process to meet code requirements and maximize utility and aesthetics. As for the construction itself, great detail work, and great work on fitting in plumbing, electricity, venting into existing old building. Obtained all building permits. As with most contractors, you have to take some care yourself in preventing spread of dust in house during demolition and construction

Project: Refinish Wood Flooring
This was the second project that Chase Construction did for me. Karen Mann went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of both projects. I would recommend Karen and her team for any project. they are easy to work with and very responsive to special requests.

Project: Install Drywall
They kept me appraised of all actions, discussed matters with me and worked out any open issues prior to final payment. All in all I had a very good experience with Chasemetro and am thinking about yet another project with them. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a contractor.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We are most pleased with their customer interface and with the completed work. During the project Bin and Karen communicated with us every step of the way and they routinely visited the house to evaluate the work. We started the project with a detailed list of things to be done. They reviewed the list carefully and offered very good suggestions. Their guidance made good sense so we followed their suggestions. At no time did they suggest things that would pad the project. Some of their ideas saved us money without doing the job in an inferior way. The job and the experience were excellent. We highly recommend Chase Construction

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
They started on time and completed the project on time. Over all the project was well done. My only suggestion: to provide the home owner a brand and color number of the paint used. That way in future the owner can match up paint corretly.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The company checked and repaired a plumbing problem in our basement bath(leak in toilet area causing moisture and mold under the existing flooring), installed a new toilet and shut off valve, and recovered the floor. The work was done in a timely way, and they were neat and careful in their work (keeping the parts of the house they were in neat also). The manager, Binh Lam, saw our need for a remote doorbell( mother hard of hearing and unable to hear doorbell from upstairs) and even installed one for us in addition to what we had contacted to have done. She and her staff were extremely courteous and professional. We are obviously very satisfied so far and hope that the plumbing problem is going to be permanently solved since we just had this work completed March 26-27, and the problem had been going on for 5 years. We have every reason to think that it is fixed based on the good work they did, but we will keep you posted.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
They have done a wonderful job. We were really happy with the results and the staff was very responsive to our needs. They provide great customer service. When you're having this type of remodeling done communication is very important and they provide great communication with their customers. Another big plus is that they come when you expect them to. The day after we signed our contract, they started the work just as they said they would.
