Mike was responsive, on time, and courteous. The work was completed by a subcontractor who did a good, conscientious job. The price was a little high but Mike was very accommodating of the tight schedule I provided. Well worth the investment.

Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings
His price is a little higher than others however, he is willing to work soon to complete the job. Workmanship could be a little better. Not willing to complete a final piece of installation. He said that it was not part of the agreement and his quoted price did not include that. My question is, why would I not install the final piece if I have already bought the materials (he saw the materials)?? Why would he not include that final piece as part of the stair installation, if this piece is part of the stairs? He did offer to complete the final piece at a different date, however, we have already found someone else to install that final piece.
