They were prompt and sent us an incredibly knowledgeable service person (Mike) who did an outstanding job fixing our AC problem. This company provided quick service after my inquiry to ServiceMagic. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough in assessing the problem with my furnace. Pricing options were lower than the gas company but the service they provided was high quality! I would definitely recommend this company and would use again in my furnace and water heating needs.
