Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
The best thing about Sal is how quickly he responds to every contact. He made an appointment as soon as I contacted him through Service Magic, he came by with an estimate almost immediately, he answered every phone call quickly, and he always showed up on time. The work was done quickly but well, and he left the place as clean as when he arrived. Also, Sal provided good instruction in what I needed to do, explained my choices clearly and patiently, and listened carefully to what I wanted and needed. He was both personable and professional throughout the entire experience. I will be using him again for other projects.

Project: Repair a Sliding Door or Tracks
The response time was excellent. Sal was excellent to work with and was a great help in answering any questions I had. I will be sure to use them again should the need arise.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
As far as quality, the only issue we are having is with nails sticking out of the wood. I feel like I shouldn't complain though considering how much he charged us. It was so inexpensive and Sal is a super nice guy.

I was thoroughly pleased with the repair I had done. The repaired section can't be distingushed from the rest of the piece! Excellent work! I intend to use Service Magic for any future needs.
