Update Aug 2011: I would NOT hire him again. He did not do shower correctly and we are having leaks and need to have shower floor torn up to make repairs. Some of the wall til might get damaged and I cannot replace with same tile. This repair is going to be expensive and only due to his incompetency. End of update. I expected him to be here every day and arrive early in the morn. Some days he did not show up and many days started after noon.

The tile work in the shower and the floor that he did is very good, and I am pleased each time I walk into the bathroom. I am happy with the other work aside from a few minor details. I would recommend Charles for other jobs
