They came when promised and were very efficient and experienced. Chuck's suggestion for cleaning supplies was helpful and as an afterthought, I would suggest to him to carry a small supply of those to the jobsites for customers to buy as an added service to them.

Chuck warned us before he started, that there may be a need to level the concrete under the carpeting, because it was an "unknown." It cost us just $350 over the amount and he did tell us this could happen. The quality of the laminate is super, the expertise with which this flooring was put down was marvelous. We are going to have the kithen and hallway done as well...so, we are more than satisfied with the quality of Chuck's work .

A++ Company/Installer Very friendly and very professional. Contractor called verified address and arrived on time at job location. Disscussed the cabinet configuration wih me, suggested minor modifications and installed my cabinets. Cleaned up worksite.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Wood Flooring
Chuck worked long and hard on the floors. Spent alot of time on floor prep due to un-level floor. Originally had planned to install floors myself, but after seeing most of work was floor prep needed a professional. There were a few minor issues, but Chuck had no problem coming back and making sure things were as they should be.

Excellent is the only way to describe this job. They moved all the furniture, riped up the old carpet, put down the sound block cushion, put down the laminate and installed quarter round. Then they applied felt pads to the bottom of all my furniture and moved it all back in place. It was a fantastic experience. No fuss at all on my part. I would refer him to all my friends. They did not leave a speck of waste material. They also carried all the old carpet and padding and trash items to the curb. Just wonderful !!!! A++++++++++... Cate a very happy customer.

Chuck came to my place gave me a price he started that day. He knew what he was doing and was fussey with his work. I had Laminate Wood put down in five rooms and hallway and chuck was done in a day and half. Chuck told me what time he would be their and by god he was on time. I'm supper happy i chose chuck to do the work and highly recommend him to my best friends. I have other work later and don't need to look for anyone else i have my installer and know i'll be happy with the job. . Thanks Chuck

Charles spent a great deal of time and effort prepapring the floor surface before installation to ensure good quality Charles fininshed the work on Sunday to meet our deadline for the next trade to begin.

Charles Honea did a great job helping me pick out the right flooring (not the cheapest nor the most expensive). He pointed out the work he would need to do to correct the base underfloor including scouring the ridges in the concrete and filling in the small "ditch" in front of the sliding glass doors. The finished product looks great.
